Edited the whole series, chose the music, the visual style was developed in a great collaboration with the director and main photographer. Some of the long form work I have done that I am most pleased with.
The Library at Novo Nordisk was going to undergo a change of name, from the traditional "Library" to "Global Information and Analasys". This film was made to create awereness of the name change and promote their services internally at Novo Nordisk.
A film for a big companys motivational meeting. Some of the best promo-work I have done. But it has a lot of copyright issues, so I can't disclose the client.
This leads to a seperate page, where I have collected some examples of my work as a colorist. All the projects has been finished in my own Da Vinci Resolve suite.
It started out as a quite standard film, that should descibe the succesfull implementation of robustness in the internal designprocesses. With the help of some bought stockshots and some rather provocatice music, and a client who dared, it ended up rather intertesting.
Five recruitment films for a Novo Nordisk scholarship in the inflammatory field. The target was the 10000 doctors and specialists assembled at the Eular conference. We made short portrait-films of the candidates allready in the program, and their professors.
I started my career in TV 25 years ago, with an allround education at DR. After some years in live production, doing the Vision mixing of a lot of handball and football games, I finally in 96 found what I felt was right for me: Computer based editing. At that time DR had just aquired an Quantel Editbox. It was love at first sight. Since then I've edited on most on the different NLE systems. FCP was a favorite for many years, but these days it ís Avid MC that is the weapon of choice. And Davinci Resolve for colorgrading. Most of my work has been in the promo-field; two years at TV2 as a promo producer, and after my return to Copenhagen, I've spent most of the following years editing for the promo-department at DR, and later on, a lot of corporate video, especially for Novo Nordisk.
I have a very nice editing and colorcorrection suite, situated in the center of Copenhagen at Gråbrødretorv. I have planned and set up everything myself. The suite itself is a very nice and quiet place, since all the noisy equipment is placed in another room. There is also seperate konference room, for meetings and such.
I primarily edit on Avid MC, and colorcorrect on a Davinci Resolve, and for the Resolve I have the full panels, so that the grading process is much more intuitive and a lot faster, than software-only solutions. I also have FCP X and Adobe Premiere on the machine for roundtripping projects to the Davinci.
